Our Promise

At Fashion Afford, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please read the full policy below for all the details.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery date.
  • Original packaging and invoice must be included with the returned product.
  • Customised or altered items are not eligible for return.
  • Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

  • Contact us at hello@fashionafford.com or via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
  • Share your order ID and reason for return.
  • Our team will verify the request and share a return address or arrange a pickup (where available).
  • Pack the item securely with all tags and the invoice.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Here's what you can expect:

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style:

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • If the replacement item costs more, we'll request the difference.
  • If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Customised or made-to-order pieces
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or our error — we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or sizing issue — the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, free of charge. After 24 hours, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible and the standard return policy will apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund — including all shipping charges.
