Shipping Overview

At Fashion Afford, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your package reaches you in perfect condition. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping process, timelines, and charges.

We currently ship across all states and union territories of India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we're working on it — stay tuned!

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped along with a tracking ID.

  • Orders placed before 2 PM IST are usually processed the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During sale periods or festivals, processing may take an additional 1–2 days due to high volume.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typical timelines from the date of dispatch:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number and courier partner details via email and WhatsApp. You can track your order directly on our website or the courier's portal using the tracking ID provided.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for orders up to ₹5,000. A nominal COD fee of ₹29 will be added to your order total. COD is available across most pin codes in India.

Failed Delivery & Re-shipment

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or refusal to accept the package:

  • We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.
  • A re-shipping charge of ₹49 will apply for re-delivery attempts.
  • If the package is returned to us, a refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing the order.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, address changes cannot be made.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Customers outside India can reach out to us directly via email or WhatsApp, and we will do our best to accommodate special requests on a case-by-case basis.
