Introduction

Welcome to Avani Ethnic Studio. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from our online store and your use of its services. Review these terms and the information displayed at checkout before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

Definitions

• We, us, and our: Avani Ethnic Studio and the operators of our store.
• You or customer: A person using our store or placing an order.
• Products: Items offered for sale by our store.
• Order: A request to purchase products through our checkout.

Orders and Accounts

Guest checkout or account creation is available as shown at checkout. Provide accurate contact and delivery information so we can process your order. If you create an account, keep your password private and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have appropriate authorisation from a parent or guardian. We may restrict account access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity; doing so does not remove rights relating to an existing purchase.

Prices, Charges, and Payment

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). The applicable product price, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and any payment-related fee are shown in the final checkout total.
• Prices and offers may change for future purchases. A price change does not by itself alter an accepted order.
• Use a payment method offered at checkout. Online payment methods are available only when enabled; we do not promise that every card, UPI, wallet, or banking option is supported.
• For prepaid orders, fulfilment depends on payment confirmation. For Cash on Delivery, payment is due on delivery and fulfilment may require order verification.
• If payment appears to have been debited but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the order or transaction reference. Do not send an OTP, PIN, card security code, or banking password.

Order Confirmation and Availability

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve stock. An automated order-received message acknowledges your request; availability, payment status, and fulfilment may still need confirmation.

If an item is unavailable, a material listing error is identified, or an order raises a reasonable fraud concern, we will contact you about cancellation or an alternative. We will not substitute an item or charge a revised amount without your agreement. If we cancel a paid order, the amount paid for the cancelled items and associated charges will be refunded.

We aim to initiate cancellation refunds within 5–7 business days after cancellation is confirmed. Bank or payment-provider crediting time may be additional. An unpaid COD order has no payment to refund.

Product Information

Review the product description, material, dimensions, colour, and other displayed details before buying. Colours may appear slightly different across screens. Any measurement tolerance or product-specific restriction should be disclosed on the listing; these terms do not introduce a blanket size tolerance.

Screen differences or descriptive disclaimers do not remove remedies for defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products. Listing updates apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively change the description agreed for an existing order.

Delivery, Returns, and Cancellation

Delivery availability and applicable charges are shown at checkout. Processing and delivery estimates, tracking assistance, and address-change information are described in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Our Refund & Return Policy explains the seven-day change-of-mind return window, eligibility, exchanges, refund processing, and cancellation requests. Final-sale or change-of-mind exclusions do not override applicable remedies for defective, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.

Website Content and Permitted Use

Our branding and original content belong to Avani Ethnic Studio or the relevant rights holder. You may browse the store and keep copies needed for your purchase records. Do not reproduce content commercially, misuse our branding, or infringe another person's rights without permission.

• Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, or introduce harmful code.
• Do not submit fraudulent orders or knowingly misleading information.
• Do not use our services for unlawful activity or to infringe another person's rights.

External Services and Privacy

Links and embedded content may lead to services such as social media, maps, messaging, and payment providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. This does not remove responsibilities that applicable law places on us for your purchase or the delivery services we arrange.

Service Availability and Responsibility

We aim to keep the store available, but maintenance or technical problems can interrupt access. Contact us if a problem affects an order. We will investigate and explain available remedies.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents you from using remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Governing Law and Concerns

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first if you have an order-related concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not restrict your right to approach a competent consumer commission, court, or other authority under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for future purchases and will show the revised date here. The version applicable when you place an accepted order continues to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
